Representation in Finland
Foreign companies with posted workers performing temporary work in Finland must have a local representative whom the authorities and posted workers can contact during the posting. If a representative is not appointed, the foreign company will be obliged to pay a penalty fee for negligence, and there may also be a negligence fee for the contractor.
